"I am a sub contractor for these guys, when the roof is completed I install the gutters. If the homeowner has a problem with the roofers or roof job I'm the guy they would complain to. I've never heard a complaint from any of their customers! Also, while installing gutters I notice roof issues. I've never seen any problems with any of their roof. Great company, great workers!"

"Rainier Roofing Company is our Company of choice when it comes to roofing projects for my construction company, Trinity Construction Restoration, LLC. We have now worked on two projects with Rainier and they have been great to work with. When it comes to construction projects, we often times have tight deadlines and things have to be able to be flexible. Rainier has been able to adjust on the fly to get our projects done when needed. "Communication is the key for me when dealing with contractors working on my home. I contacted Rainier Roofing thru Yelp and Jared responded within a few hours. We made an appointment to come out and look at my roof and Jared arrived at the scheduled time. I was having a problem with leaks on the first floor of my 2 story home. Jared took a look at my roof, and within 20 minutes had pictures on his cell phone of all the problems. The first story had a second layer added 10 years ago and needed striped and replacement. Jared also showed me pictures of the second story that had shingles blown off, and was definitely needing replacement. I also had dry rot in the soffits in some areas.
Jared put together a bid on the whole project in a price range I could live with. He was not the lowest bid, but was absolutely the best bang for the buck. There were several provisions worked into his bid to protect the roof from future damage, ice and water shields, edge flashing and premium metal valleys. His crew that did the job were outstanding, and they finished the job in 3 days.
Would I use Rainier Roofing again? Absolutely! Would I recommend Rainier Roofinfing? Already have."

"We just got a new roof from Rainier Roofing and they did an AMAZING job. Our house had a bad roof due to previous improper installation and the crew went above and beyond to make sure no corners were cut! It was done the right way and came out looking really good.
The clean up was second to none as well. No nails or debris was left when they were done, very professional job. And the quote was very honest and straight forward which is really what I was looking for. I highly recommend anyone to use Rainier Roofing. The proof is in their satisfied customers...like me!"

"I recently purchased a "new home" in September 2017 that was built in 1996. After finding a lot of deferred maintenance around the house I was worried about the condition of my roof.
Based on a recommendation from a friend I called Jared Montoya with Rainier Roofing. He promptly called me back and scheduled an appointment to come take a look at my roof at a time that was convenient for me.
He showed up to the appointment on time. After taking a look at my roof he let me know I still have several years of life left on my roof. He recommended I clean the moss off of several areas and then explained what I should look for and keep an eye on going forward.
There was not any cost to have him come out, and even though he did not get any business from me yet, I will be using Rainier Roofing when the time comes! All industries need more honest companies like Rainier Roofing."

"Just got a new roof installed by Rainier Roofing and it looks great! I had them lay down new plywood over the existing ship lap and put new roofing on my house. The project went pretty smoothly the whole way. I met with Jared and he walked me through the whole process and all my options which I appreciated. They kept me informed the whole time about the work schedule and progress made each day. They are very quick to respond any time we had any questions along the way. I would definitely recommend them. They did a great job!"
